The White Mountains, NH - The Presidential Traverse

In August, 2011, we hiked the White Mountains in New Hampshire. The Presidential Traverse took us through 3 huts, Mount Washington and a number of Presidential peaks.

We will be camping and biking at Parvin State Park from June 12-14.

Camping/Hiking at Harriman State Park

We will be hiking and camping at Harriman State Park at Lake Tioratti for two nights and three days, 5/29-5/31. We plan leave early on Friday, around 4:00 pm to get an early start and returning after at 3pm on Sunday. We plan to hike a total of 10-12 miles for the weekend with backpacks. Cost is $20.00 including food and site fees. Final plans and arrangements for food will be made on Monday morning after the Memorial Day Parade.

Klondike Derby, 1/31/09

The next day (Sunday, 2/1) we will be going skiing with the Pack. Make sure to bring your $30/person to Monday's meeting if you (and your family) plan to attend.

Gettysburg Trip, 5/9-11

From May 9th - 11th, the troop will be hiking and camping at McMillan Woods, the only campsite in the Gettysburg National Military Park. We are limited to a total of 20 campers (15 scouts and 5 adults). Please get your permission forms in as soon as possible.
